WHAT DATA I COLLECT
Data you provide through the contact form:
Name, email address, information about your business or project, where you are in the process (dropdown) and, if you choose to share it, how you found me.
Data collected automatically while browsing:
IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, time spent on the site, collected through technical cookies and Google Analytics (see Cookies section below).
The site does not collect special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR, such as health, political or religious opinions) and is not directed at children under 16.
Why I collect this data (purpose and legal basis)
Responding to your enquiry and arranging a discovery call: the legal basis is steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Managing any resulting contractual relationship: the legal basis is performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Anonymous or aggregated statistical analysis of site traffic: the legal basis is legitimate interest in understanding site usage (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Non-essential analytics cookies: the legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
Complying with legal or tax obligations: the legal basis is legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
How data is processed and stored
Data is processed using IT tools and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above:

Contact form data: up to 24 months from the last contact, unless a working relationship begins, in which case the retention periods required by contractual and tax law apply.

Browsing and analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings, in any case no more than 14 months.
WHO RECEIVES YOUR DATA
Your data may be shared with service providers acting as data processors, including:

Wix.com Ltd., for site hosting and management of the contact form.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where this happens, the transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (Art. 44 and following).
